Compliance Agreement – Before any lead is released, we establish an agreement with both the client and the interpreter to ensure compliance and professionalism. Rate Confirmation – We ask the interpreter how much they charge for the requested service. Assignment – Once confirmed, we provide the interpreter with the client’s information and assignment details. Service Fee – First Step Translations retains a 10% service fee from the total amount charged to the client. The rest is paid to the interpreter. ✅ Benefits for Interpreters Access to Leads: Be considered for real interpretation assignments. Flexibility: You set your own rates; we only take 10% when work is assigned. Exposure: Your profile and CV are shared with our client network.
